# Freedcamp

> Freedcamp is free project management software. The free plan has no cap on users, projects, or tasks. Storage follows a fair usage policy and the plan never expires. Paid plans add advanced apps and start at $1.49 per user per month billed annually.

Tasks, discussions, calendars, files, milestones, and time tracking are on the free plan, with web, desktop, and mobile apps. Gantt, wiki, issue tracker, CRM, and invoicing start on Business. Read-only and guest collaborators are free on every paid plan and never count toward the bill. An MCP server is on every plan, including Free, so Claude and ChatGPT can connect. AI usage limits scale by plan, and Free includes minimal AI.

- Pro, $1.49 per user per month annually ($2.49 monthly): Subtasks Pro, recurring tasks, table view, bulk edit; Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, and Google Calendar sync; email-in; two-factor authentication; 25 MB per file
- Business, $7.49 per user per month annually ($8.99 monthly): Gantt, Wiki, Issue Tracker, CRM, Invoices+, Planner; custom fields and statuses; project templates; reports; weekly backups; 100 MB per file; high AI usage limits
- Enterprise, $16.99 per user per month annually ($19.99 monthly): White label, SSO with SAML, daily data snapshots, private cloud option, support in under 1 business day, 250 MB per file, almost unlimited AI with the top model

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. If you do not upgrade, the account returns to Free and keeps all data. Nonprofits, teachers, and students get special pricing through Freedcamp for the People.
