Users cannot see a project

    If a user cannot see a project do the following:

    1. Check to make sure that the users have been properly invited. Go to 'Manage projects' page and click 'manage users' button.

    Check the list of invited users and their roles (A). Click 'Manage invitations' button (C) to see if you invited all people you want to see in a project. You can cancel and invite again (with a different email) or resend an invite one more time to some users.

    If the user invitations have been properly sent then your team member to go to this link - to make sure that they have accepted and joined the project.

    Check the role that those users possess and the permissions related to those roles. To do this follow these instructions.
