37Signals Finally updates user system…
One of the many things we do better inside freedcamp was having one username and password for all projects and all places inside the freedcamp website. 37Signals just announced:
The upgrade addresses top customer requests
We’ve been working on this upgrade for over a year. The new features address many of our customers’ top requests including better security, a single username and password for all your accounts, and the ability to sign in to your account from more places.
So i am happy they had to work for a year to get this done, and i can see how that can be extremely tough with the huge amount of users they have. However, a more modular approach from the start (wink wink freedcamp) might of made the task easier. Anyways just posting to let everyone know that things in the freedcamp room are going great. We are almost finished with our in-house private beta… and this means that you will likely be using a very basic (not full featured) beta the same the the timer on the front-page says!
Thanks to the freedcamp team for working so hard!
